AME Electrical & Avionics Instructor

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field. AME qualification is advantageous
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or Instructor, preferably within the aviation industry or a similar field.
• 5 – 10 years’ experience
• Experience in ERP systems and logistics software
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)
• Expertise in aircraft electrical and avionics systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing curriculum and training materials is preferred.
• Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques to gauge trainee learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
• Strong aviation background
