Position Overview:
The AI and Automation Expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation systems that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and process automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.
- System Design and Development: Design and develop AI-driven automation systems, including machine learning models, robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and intelligent systems for various applications.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to build predictive models and algorithms that drive automation processes.
- Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.
- AI Integration: Integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI and automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that AI and automation systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5yrs of experience in AI and automation, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing AI and automation projects from concept to implementation, including timeline management and stakeholder communication.
