Job Description
Our client seeks an experienced insurance Broker’s Assistant/Client Services Consultant/Insurance Policy Administrator. Main function of this role is to provide support to the Broker so that she can spend more time out on the road and seeing clients and generating sales, whilst she has a reliable administrator in office to handle all the Policy administration, amendments, client services, claims, Policy renewals, quote comparisons, etc. Candidate must understand and be experienced in Personal Lines Insurance (Short Term).
Qualifications
Matric. RE5. NQF4 Class of Business Ideal but not essential if experienced within a similar field and well versed in insurance administration and customer service.
Skills
Must have a thorough understanding of Short Term Insurance. Ideally 3 years of experience gained in a brokerage environment or similar, having gained motor and non-motor personal lines experience minimally and ideally commercial lines experience as well. Excellent communication skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to type and correspond well (Good Spelling, grammar, tone, etc). Excellent Client engagement skills. Good Customer Service skills. Ideally fluent in English and Afrikaans. Own transport and valid driver''s license.
