SUMMARY:
Are you ready to shape the architectural design of cutting-edge solutions in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) space? A leading organization is seeking an experienced AEM Solutions Architect to lead their AEM Forms initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving scalability, robustness, and performance.
This role is a blend of strategic oversight, technical design, and advisory services, making it ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
- An Honours Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in CMS application analysis/architecture, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture, with a focus on AEM.
- Proven expertise in designing scalable, high-performing AEM solutions integrated with other marketing technologies.
- Hands-on experience in an Agile Scrum delivery environment.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience facilitating workshops and negotiating for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert solution architecture consulting for projects within the AEM Forms team.
Conduct in-depth analyses of the current and desired state of the AEM Forms solution, ensuring performance, scalability, and adaptability.
Evaluate the outcomes and impact of database migrations (CRX to SQL) and various remediations, offering advisory and oversight roles.
Assess the design, resource allocation, and time estimations of the B14 and F-forms projects, delivering improvement plans where necessary.
Identify areas of enhancement, advising on best practices and standards.
Conduct technical reviews of AEM architecture to design scalable and available applications.
Ensure alignment between enterprise, solution, and technical architecture.
Provide oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure software project success.
Screen and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize and future-proof solutions.
Develop technical architecture design documentation and multi-view diagrams for stakeholders.
Interact with technical leads, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure SDLC adherence and risk mitigation.
Ensure the AEM solution architecture meets enterprise standards and complies with ICT governance.
