SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Accountant and Debtors Administrator to manage both accounting and debtor-related tasks. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping duties such as cash book reconciliations, creditor invoices, VAT and control account reconciliations, and journal processing. They will also be responsible for processing customer receipts, managing collections, resolving outstanding debts, and maintaining the client database.

Requirements for Accountant and Debtors Administrator:
Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Previous experience in accounting and debtors administration (1-2 years).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks).
Experience with bank reconciliations, VAT calculations, and control account reconciliation.
