SUMMARY:
Our Legal Client is looking for 6 x Debt Collector Agents based in Johnnesburg West Rand

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric Certificate- NQF Level 4
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great leadership skills
• Team player
• Goal orientated and driven
• Positive attitude
• Post qualification (Advantageous)
• Working knowlegde of SAP, Excallibur and Tracing Systems
• 2-3 years in Debtor Collection Call Centre Experience
• Experience with collections for Municipalities and/or Government entities
• Experience with drafting of Letters of Demand is advantageous
• Post Debt Collection Certificate is advantageous
