6 Month FTC Contracts Manager (Nuclear industry), Cape Town, RNeg
- Legal/BSC Degree in Engineering/Construction
- Thorough Knowledge of contracts
- Background in construction or related field
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, and Power point.
- 10 years’ experience in industrial/engineering projects, with commercial and management experience
- 5 years in Nuclear Industry will be advantageous
- Experience in nuclear power station Boiler and Environmental Business
Duties
- Manage communications, strictly according to the contract requirements
- Liaise with Quality Specialist as required for approval of suppliers to the nuclear department suppliers list
- Prepare Requests for Proposals / Quotations
- Manage subcontract/supplier agreements
- Monitoring of actual costs against budget and identifying focus areas
- Preparation of quotations
- Provide guidance and support to the project team
- Provide advice and recommendations to team members
Assist the Project Manager in managing the risk register
