• Continuous professional and technical growth throughout your career.
• Training and development to refine your core software skills (Java, full-stack technologies, making use of relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies) enabling you to build robust and relevant solutions for real-world business problems.
• Informational sessions with our leadership team on a variety of soft skills such as professionalism in the IT industry, effective and engaging communications skills, and increasing and maintaining productivity.

• Mentoring: We mentor Psybergate graduates on the foundations of Java technologies, software development practices, and professional development areas.
• Bespoke software development: We develop, support/maintain and host custom software through a co-sourcing or outsourced model to local and international clients.
• Consulting: We assign skilled project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers, amongst other software professionals, to assist our clients in meeting their business objectives.
• Resourcing: We find permanent or contract IT resources to meet client staffing needs.
