Workload Automation Monitoring Engineer (Advanced)

As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems. POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Incident Management (IM)
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Problem Management (PM)
System Monitoring
Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Ability to adapt to and contribute effectively within the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

OPS Advanced Training
OPS Basic Training
Control-M knowledge
Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
Knowledge of BMW, ITPM, AWM (Advantageous)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

IT Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as an IT professional

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver operational support services for IT systems
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Provide comprehensive support to the Operations team and end users
Adhere strictly to Problem, Incident, and Change Management processes (PIC)
Execute daily operational tasks and provide end-user support
Create clear and concise test documentation
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for end users
Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, developers, product owners, and global stakeholders within a feature team
