UEM Solutions Architect (Expert)

As a UEM Solutions Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Unified Endpoint Management solutions that drive efficiency and security within our global infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust UEM platforms that support our diverse range of corporate device

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and develop comprehensive UEM architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Platform Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of UEM platforms, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.
Policy Management: Define and enforce effective UEM policies to maintain data security, compliance, and device performance.
Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve UEM-related issues, providing timely support to end-users and IT teams.
Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging UEM technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our solutions and drive efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UEM solutions architecture, implementation, and management.
Strong understanding of UEM platforms and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, VMware Workspace ONE).
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable UEM solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
