SUMMARY:
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to lead the Smart Maintenance initiative within a dynamic IT environment. This role involves acting as the liaison between business and IT, ensuring that maintenance management processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SAP PM and business analysis, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions from concept to implementation.

• Degree

• Over 5 years experience as Team Lead for Maintenance Management
• 5 years’ experience as an SAP functional Consultant in Plant Maintenance
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field (requirements or process engineering) within Supply Chain Management
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Deep knowledge in functional and technical process design (from requirement to business process to the IT solution)
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Advanced technical skills and knowledge in designing state of the art software
• 3 year’s experience in agile requirement engineering

• Ensure IT and Security compliance of the product is managed accordingly.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with our colleagues in our global plants.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
