Lead a team of 5 Regional Managers (RMs) in achieving the goals set by the business. Hold strategic relationships with key decision makers in TMCs, clients and across the bank. Ensure all client related goals are met i.e. account growth, turnover, income statement targets and credit measures.
The Internal Key Account Management role is accountable for profitable growth of new and established (sustain) customers in the ClientÃ¢Â€Â™s Priority Customer base with a focus on creating value for our customers by aligning the unique ClientÃ¢Â€Â™s business offer with customer needs.
