- Liaise with call centre regarding logging of calls
- Vehicle Stock Control
- Call Compliance: Monthly Evaluation over a 3-month Period.
- Staff require to complete the minimum daily, weekly and monthly calls as stipulated in the Monthly Cyclical Brief. Monthly - 15th of the Month in Arrears
- CRM Cases Management
- Produce a Portfolio of Evidence for all Special Projects.
- Quarterly Measured
