Completed Bachelors Degree
10 years telecoms industry experience with 5 years in a management role
Revenue and Fraud processes knowledge
SQL working knowledge
Develop a Revenue Assurance policy
Identify and report risk issuees
Provide meaningful recommendations to senior managers on the integration of best practices in area of specialisation on processes and systems in use
Identifiy and assemble resources across gobal functions to provide insight into emerging issues and to resolve them
Demonstrate in-depth knowlodge and understanding of industry core processes and practices
Seek out new tools, methods, techniques, and access extensive resources, acting as a widely consuted expert internal source
