Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our client's team in the Construction Industry in Bloemfontein.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Reliable transport
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sage
• Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Duties will include:

• Organize and maintain office systems, schedules, and supplies
• Handle emails, phone calls, and internal/external communications
• Assist with budgeting, process invoices, debtors and debt collection
• Maintain employee records, and manage payroll
• Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and paper
• Address client inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and manage customer data
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations
• Organize meetings, conferences, and company events

Remuneration:

R 10 000 - R 12 000 basic, depending on experience

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
