Project Administrator

SUMMARY:
Salary: Industry Related, depending on experience
Erasmusrand, PTA-East area
 
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator with excellent communication and administrative skills. The ideal candidate should be able to type 25-30 words per minute, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
 
Working hours:
Monday:  07:30 – 19:00
Tuesday – Thursday:  07:30 – 17:00
Friday – 07:30 – 13:00
 
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• 5+ years working experience within the same or similar role, handling multi tasks
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office including Excel)
• Typing 25 – 30 words per minute
• Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written)
• Must be very strong in administration and doing follow-ups
• Fast learner and ability to work independently

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Compile and update quotations and fee drawdowns.
• Prepare baseline risk assessments, specifications, mandatory agreements, and contractor appointments.
• Accurately submit construction work permit applications.
• Create quotes and manage fee drawdowns using the workflow system.
• Capture and maintain information on specification/risk assessment and permit control sheets.
• Maintain and update distribution lists on the Application system.
