POSITION INFO:

Join Us as a Senior Operations Engineer

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team, driving some of the most advanced IT operations across global platforms. You’ll work closely with multicultural teams, delivering exceptional services that push the boundaries of what's possible in IT infrastructure and automation.

What You'll Do:

Maintain & Support: Oversee Linux and Unix servers, ensuring high performance and security.
Automation Focus: Leverage your expertise in orchestration and automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Problem Solving: Manage incidents, critical issues, and change requests to ensure smooth system operation.
Innovate & Collaborate: Work with decentralized teams in a fast-paced, agile environment to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.
Lead with Impact: Proactively engage in operational meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing across global teams.

Your Essential Skills:

Strong experience in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Unix systems.
Expertise in backup methodologies, scripting (Perl, Python), and ITSM/ITIL processes.
Solid knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and strong capabilities in incident and problem management.

What You Bring:

Degree in Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 4 years in IT operations, with experience in backup management and Scrum methodologies.
A knack for collaboration and documentation, with the ability to steer teams across international projects.
