Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities through in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
- Deal Execution: Support the deal team in structuring transactions, preparing investment memos, and managing deal processes.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing actionable insights to maximize returns.
- Market Research: Identify trends and emerging opportunities within target industries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, external advisors, and portfolio company management teams to execute investment strategies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
