Job Description

Requirements

  • Matric with Maths
  • Computer literate and Good Excel skills
  • Preferably VIP/Payroll Experience
  • Business Administration Diploma or HR related Degree
  • 3-4 years’ experience in an Employee benefit administrator role

Key Performance

  • The incumbent is responsible for the day to day administration and record keeping of the Group’s Retirement, Disability, Group Life, Funeral, and Health and Personal and Home Loan benefits.
  • Record Keeping, Data Management and Statements
  • Death / Education / Funeral /Claims
  • Disability Benefits
  • Benefit Withdrawals, Terminations, and Unclaimed Benefits
  • Health Care Benefit administration
  • Customer service/employee Assistance
  • Providers Administration
  • Reporting &Reconciliations
  • Upholding and promoting the company values
