Mechanical Engineering Degree with experience in Food and Beverage

POSITION INFO:

A very interesting position for a General Manager with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and some experience working in the FMCG space. As the GM you will oversee all aspects of operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, efficient production, cost-effectiveness and compliance with company and regulatory standards while achieving production goals and maximizing profitability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Operations
• Experience within the FMCG space
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze financial data
• Knowlege of relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements
