SUMMARY:
Financial Manager CA(SA) needed.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their finance team permanently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all finance functions of the business including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the organization.
Ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Collaborates with project directors, commercial director and CEO to ensure overall financial health of the business and projects.
Advises commercial director and project directors on cost and revenue management strategies, including close management and ownership of project budgets.
Monthly, quarterly and annual submission of management finance reports covering all projects and group entities, submitted in a timely manner.
Oversees annual budgeting and supports project directors in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Manages accounting operations and ensures compliance with reporting and tax requirements.
Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications:

CA(SA)
5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Proven working experience as a Financial Controller / Financial Manager.
Experience in the gaming/ gambling industry is highly advantageous.
