Education:

CA(SA) qualification is essential

Job Experience & Skills required:

A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in an executive financial leadership role.
Proven expertise in the automotive or motor industry is highly beneficial.
Strong strategic and operational decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team and organizational success.
Adept at change management and driving transformation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
