Are you a highly skilled Finance Manager with a CA(SA) qualification and extensive experience in life products? Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 standards, implementing best practices for financial reporting and risk management.
Life Products Expertise: Apply your specialized knowledge of life products to enhance financial strategies, product pricing, and profitability analysis.
Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is non-negotiable.
7-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in life products.
Extensive knowledge of IFRS 9 and IFRS 17.
Industry : Financial Services : Insurance or Banking or Investments
At least 4 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
