POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on individual for an exciting role in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in remote African locations, be adaptable, and able to relocate quickly. This position is best suited for someone without dependents and ready to start immediately, with a valid passport in hand.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
Ready to start as soon as possible with a valid passport.
Preferably suited for candidates without dependents.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
At least 3 years of project management experience in civil or construction fields.
Strong understanding of quality management and control during construction.
Experience with facility management (both hard and soft services).
Proficient in major plumbing installations and electrical wiring.
Skilled in the development and construction of buildings, with the ability to read and adjust plans.
Hands-on experience with stormwater drainage upgrades, building infrastructure refurbishments, and critical infrastructure projects.
Knowledge in setting out and survey control for projects.
