SUMMARY:

FINANCIAL MANAGER vacancy for a professional with BCom (Accounting) qualification and SAIPA, CIMA or SAICA certification. Experience in financial sector required, preferably in property management.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial accounting and reporting
Financial planning and analysis
Review of financial systems and controls
Compiling of financial statements
Management of auditing, review, and accounting process
Managing creditors and debtors team
Financing process
Compliance - Tax, Companies act, FICA etc

Requirements:

B Comm accounting degree and SAIPA, CIMA or SAICA traineeship
Financial sector experience, property industry experience a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Efficient under pressure and deadline-driven
