SUMMARY:
Seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to boost online sales, manage inventory, and enhance digital marketing across all online channels.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant Degree in Marketing
Experience in E-Commerce retail industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies
Analyze sales trends for opportunities and challenges
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
Execute online marketing (email, social, SEO)
Optimize website UI/UX
Resolve website and customer experience issues
Collaborate on promotional campaigns
Coordinate with customer service for e-commerce inquiries
Stay current with e-commerce trends
Ensure secure customer transactions
